Club Longevity Weight Loss, Losing Weight For Yourself, Not By Yourself

Club Longevity Weight Loss Clinic features an up to date, state of the art, personally designed weight loss system that is formatted individually to meet the specific needs of each patient.

Our Team focus at Club Longevity Weight Loss will help you obtain progressive weight loss while you maintain a steady exercise program. Your excitement as you lose weight will allow you to modify your thinking and eating habits.

Your journey to a healthier you with the assistance of Club Longevity professionals will continue throughout the course of your life as you choose to maintain the new lifestyle choices you are making.

Club Longevity Weight Loss is not a crash diet program. Our weight loss program uses regular grocery store food and stresses gradual but steady weight loss. It is our professional opinion that a long productive life is dependent upon maintaining a proper diet and ideal weight, regular exercise, and proper management of stress.

The health benefits of reaching your ideal weight are many. They often include:

lower blood pressure

a reduction of cholesterol and triglycerides

a reduced workload on your heart

This in addition to the obvious benefit of looking and feeling better

Our weight loss program is physician assisted and your personal fitness package will include the following:

Lab Work- Blood is drawn for a complete panel of 28 tests (including thyroid, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and risk factor) to ascertain if any problems exist which require special attention. A urinalysis will also be taken.

EKG - An EKG determines if there are any abnormalities, which would be affected by the weight reduction plan.

Body Measurements are taken and body fat percentages are calculated with the latest technology.

A general physical is performed by one of our licensed Physicians, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners to rule out any abnormalities that would be adversely affected by the weight reduction plan.

A physician consultation is carried out to review your medical history, vital statistics, and to set the weight goal. Depending on the amount of weight to be lost, the physician may choose one or more of the following diet medications:

  • An appetite suppressant – to control appetite
  • Vitamins
  • Fluid reduction pill
  • Potassium pill

It is important to understand that the physician individualizes the choice of medication to each patient and not everyone receives the same thing.

Exercise – 30 minutes per day (6) days a week will be required. This is a vitally important part of your weight loss plan and can consist of any aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, bike riding, swimming, etc. The exercise should be continuous for 30 minutes without interruption.

Weekly weigh-in and blood pressure checks are a vital part of this program. These are free of charge and help keep track of your progress. If you can’t come in, we ask that you weigh yourself on the same scale each week and record it in your booklet.

The question most often asked concerning our weight loss program is “why will this program work for me?” Our answer to that is the team approach. When you join Club Longevity Weight Loss your personal goals become the central focus of our providers. Your individual needs receive the attention of the team. At Club Longevity you are not just another patient. You are our patient, and we care.
